Puding

Puding Caramel

Gula Hangus:

1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan air (mak ckp ‘better’ guna air panas)


Puding:

4 biji telur
1 tin susu cair
2 SB esen vanilla
2 SB tepung jagung/kastard
1-sediakn gula hangus-asingkn
2-sediakn pengukus
3-* ‘blend’ telur hg kembang
3-masukn susu cair + ‘blend’ lg
4-masukn esen vanilla & tepung jagung/kastard + ‘blend’ lg
5-tuangkn sebahagian gula hangus dlm loyang
6-lps tu tuangkn adunan puding td ke dlm loyang
7-kukus selama 15-20 minit
